Store Policy


Orders will be processed and shipped out within  5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the order confirmation page and confirmation email. 

Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with a tracking number (US only). 


You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

(Flavher is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.)

U.S. Territories and International Shipping: A $29.99 shipping fee is applied to all U.S. territories and international orders. Any additional duty and tax charges are responsibility of the purchaser.



We at FlavHer want you to love your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for a store credit following our return policy.

Eligibility Requirements

ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

  • Items approved must be returned unworn.

  • Original tags must be attached & intact.

  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

  • Final Sale items will not be accepted for return.

  • Returns will be given in store credit only. (Print on Demand items)

Please review our return policy carefully to ensure your return is in compliance prior to submitting a return request. 

  • Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the FlavHer hang tag and original tickets attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery and must be returned to us within 10 days of receiving the return shipping label. Returns that do not meet any part of our policy may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

 Contact m to start your return request.  We appreciate you entering your order number in the subject line and providing us with the detail of the item you wish to return along with the reason that you are not happy with your purchase.

Once we receive your return request and confirm that it is in compliance with our return policy, a return shipping label will be issued. Specific return instructions will be communicated via email from our customer service team to ensure a smooth transaction.

Once the return merchandise has been received by us and confirmed it is in compliance with our return policy, we will issue store credit amount.
